Person in charge of the treatment

Your personal data is collected and processed on this website by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, which is in charge of implementing France’s foreign policy and conducting relations with foreign States and is located at 37 Quai d’Orsay, 75007, Paris.

In its capacity as data processor, the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs commits to ensuring that your privacy is respected and that processed personal data is protected :

  • Legally, fairly and transparently with regard to the person concerned ;

Purpose of the processing

The data collected in the application form on this website is used to examine their application to the France Excellence Yersin Scholarship applications and further contacts to promote studies in France and related events.

The collection of data is done on the basis of consent or voluntary.

Personal data may be collected by the Inria Communication Department, Domaine de Voluceau - Rocquencourt B.P. 105 - 78153 Le Chesnay France. In the context of the contact form on the ai4idf.fr site, the personal data collected are :

  • Personal data ;
  • Professional experience ;
  • Academic information.

Recipients of the data

The data in the contact form are transmitted to the relevant agents by the members of the Inria Communication Department in charge of the administration of this site.

The newsletter data is stored on the servers of the Sendinblue emailing service, an online service that complies with the RGPD.

Duration of data retention

The data from the contact form is kept for a maximum of two years.

Law of persons

In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular the amended Act No. 78-17 of January 6 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties and the European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016 (applicable since May 25, 2018), you have the following rights:
